RefiHub is not a lender, bank, credit union, financial institution, or mortgage broker. We do not originate, fund, underwrite, service, or broker loans. We do not make lending decisions, set interest rates, or approve or deny any application. We do not hold or manage funds. We do not receive referral fees, commissions, a percentage of any loan origination, or any compensation contingent upon any lending transaction or outcome.
